These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cinderellie Cleaning Services website and the cleaning services we provide. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Cinderellie Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Pelham. Service details, scope, and pricing are discussed and agreed upon before each engagement. All quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability. We will confirm your booking via phone or text message. We ask that someone over the age of 18 be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time, or that access arrangements be made in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the termination of recurring service agreements.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning session unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking. Recurring clients may arrange regular billing schedules.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Access and Property

By hiring our services, you grant our team access to your property for the purpose of cleaning. We ask that you secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before our arrival. We take great care with your belongings; however, we are not responsible for items left in precarious positions, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear.

Liability

While we exercise reasonable care during every cleaning, Cinderellie Cleaning Services is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or items not disclosed to our team prior to cleaning. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us within 24 hours so we can assess and resolve the situation.
