Every home, office, and short-term rental is different — which is why we don't publish one-size-fits-all prices. Instead, we give you a real quote based on your actual space, the service you need, and how often you want us to come. There's no obligation, no pressure, and no surprise add-ons: the quote you see is the rate you pay.
Most quotes go out within a few hours during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8AM–6PM). If we need more detail — photos of a unique space, a walkthrough of a heritage home, or a look at a post-renovation site — we'll tell you what we need and get back to you the same day.
What Affects Your Cleaning Quote
A handful of factors shape every Cinderellie quote. Understanding them up front helps you plan:
- · Home or space size. Bedroom count for homes, square footage for offices and commercial spaces. We price a 1-bedroom condo differently than a 4-bedroom family home.
- · Service type. A recurring maintenance clean is priced differently than a one-time deep clean, move-out clean, or post-renovation clean — scope and time vary significantly.
- · Frequency. Weekly service has the lowest per-visit rate. Biweekly is our most popular frequency. Monthly and one-time cleans are priced higher because they cover more build-up per visit.
- · Condition and special surfaces. Heritage homes with original hardwood, marble or natural stone counters, and premium finishes need specialist products and technique — we adjust accordingly.
- · Location. We serve St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Pelham at the same base rates — no travel surcharge across the Niagara Region.

Is the quote actually free? Any obligation?
Yes — genuinely free, no obligation, and no pressure. We send over a quote, you decide if it works for you. There's no contract to sign just to get pricing, and we don't follow up aggressively if you decide to pass.
What if I'm not sure which cleaning service I need?
Pick "Not Sure — Need Advice" from the service dropdown. We'll ask a few questions about your situation (moving, post-renovation, first-time clean, recurring maid service, etc.) and recommend the right scope. This often saves money compared to booking the most comprehensive service by default.
Do you offer discounts for recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly service has our lowest per-visit rate, followed by biweekly (our most popular frequency), then monthly. First-time clients across the Niagara Region also get 20% off their first clean — just mention it in the quote form.
Will the same cleaner come every visit?
For recurring service (house cleaning, maid service, office cleaning), yes — we assign a dedicated cleaner who becomes your regular. If they're ever off sick or on vacation we'll let you know in advance and arrange a cover cleaner or reschedule. For one-time cleans, we assign whoever is best suited to the job.
What cities do you serve?
We serve the entire Niagara Region including St. Catharines (our base), Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Pelham. Same base rates apply everywhere — no travel surcharge. If you're in a nearby Niagara community not listed, choose "Other Niagara Area" in the form and we'll confirm we can cover your location.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Every Cinderellie cleaner is bonded, insured, and background-checked before their first client visit. If your condo building, office, or property manager requires a certificate of insurance, we can send one before the first clean.
